Mr. Timothy W. Green, ASLA, AICP, LEED AP, President founded Green Consulting Group, Inc. in 1998. He is a registered landscape architect with over 27 years experience in master planning, landscape design, irrigation design, and project management for both residential and commercial projects. Mr. Green attained his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Green is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and the American Planning Association (APA) and the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

Ms. Pamela Wiggins, Director of Operations / Planner. Ms. Wiggins has been with GCG since its inception in 1998 and has over 30 years experience in the area of land development and planning, and assists with the day to day activities of the firm including research, preparation of applications, feasibility studies, and timelines studies. Ms. Wiggins is the Planner for two municipalities in Lake and Sumter Counties. Ms. Wiggins attended Seminole Community College with studies in Pre-Law. She is a past member of the Lake County Rails-to-Trails Task Force, the Mid-Florida Home Builders Association Government Affairs Committees, and the Osceola County Land Development Regulations Review Committee.

Mr. Keith Bowron, Autocadd Technician. Mr. Bowron has 4 years of experience in assisting with the design of site plans, landscape plans and irrigation plans at GCG.

Ms. Patti Hill, Accounting Manager. Ms. Hill has over 12 years experience in the accounting and secretarial field and handles the accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
